How is your pricing actually worked out?
By the square metre. Regular cleans start at R13/m², deep and residential at R17, commercial at R15, move-in/out at R20, post-construction at R45. We confirm the number on WhatsApp once you tell us roughly how big the space is — no hidden call-outs.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes — full kit, eco-friendly by default. If you prefer us to use a specific product (e.g. for stone or hardwood), tell us on the WhatsApp brief and we'll bring it.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Table View, Bloubergstrand, Parklands, Milnerton, Sunningdale, and most of the West Coast Road corridor. If your suburb isn't listed, send a WhatsApp anyway — chances are we cover it.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is vetted and the work is covered. We don't subcontract to gig-app drivers — same trained crew every time.
Can I book a same-day clean?
Often yes, especially for Airbnb turnovers. WhatsApp us before 10am for a same-day slot, or any time for next-day.
What's NOT included?
Heavy hoarding clean-outs, biohazard, and exterior window work above ground floor. Anything we don't do we'll tell you upfront and recommend who does.
How do I pay?
EFT, card on arrival via SumUp, SnapScan, or invoice for monthly plans and offices.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours. We come back and re-do the area that was missed. No second invoice, no quibble.
